Due to current government guidelines and restrictions we have made many changes to our gyms to ensure a Covid Secure environment for all our members.

What To Expect When Visiting
On arrival, please maintain your social distance (2m) from other members.
Your Coach will unlock the entry door and greet you.
If your Coach is happy with your health, you will be directed into the building to the hand sanitising station.
You will be directed to either the main gym or the side gym following our 1 way system.
Here you will be allocated a chair to sit on. All your belongings must be put underneath your chair.

NHS COVID-19 APP
We are displaying our NHS QR Code poster on our entrance door.
We have the same QR Code as Andover Gymnastics Club as we are joint.
This is to support the Government's Track & Trace scheme and help stop the spread of coronavirus.
Visitors can scan the QR code when they arrive, using the NHS COVID-19 app.
Covid Health Check
Before entering the building your coach will ask you our Covid Health Questions.
1) High Temperature?
2) Developed a new continuous cough?
3) Loss / Change in taste or smell?
4) Have you been in contact with anyone with Symptoms of Covid-19 or anyone who has tested positive for Covid-19 in the last 14 days?
If you answer yes to any of the above questions you will not be given access.
The coach will advise the member and family to isolate and refer to the guidance for households with possible or confirmed coronavirus (COVID-19) infection..
2 meters social distancing is being maintained at all times by all staff and CRC club members.
Markers have been placed on the floor measured 2 meters apart for all members to easily social distance.
There is a one way system through the building, with 1 main entry door through reception and separate exit doors for both the Side Gym and Main Gym.
Seating areas for athletes have been spaced 2 meters apart and are cleaned before and after use.
Hand sanitiser stations are on all entrances and exits.
We also have sanitiser stations outside all toilets.
All members are expected to used these stations when visiting our gyms.
Reduced Class Sizes
We now have smaller class sizes, with a maximum of 14 athletes per class.
All classes have specific training areas, with no class bubbles crossing over
Class start and finish times are staggered to reduce congregation when entering and exiting the building, also to allow for equipment cleaning.
A cleaner is on site at all times.
All equipment is cleaned in between classes.
Only cleanable equipment is used during our sessions.
Foam pits have been replaced so all landing areas for our trampolines are cleanable
