Our Teams

Whether you want to train once a week or desire to progress faster by training more often we have a team for you. 

Sessions take place all year around, generally with two week breaks for Summer and Xmas.

All of our teams have a combination of mandatory and optional tumble and dance training times.

Level 1 - ages 4, 5 & 6

 

Working basic gymnastics and stunting skills.

These athletes train a minimum of once a week.

These athletes train a minimum of once a week.

Athletes are invited to join the team based on skill level and commitment.

Competive team working higher stunt skills and flicks.

These athletes train a minimum of twice a week.

Competive team working higher stunt skills, multiple flicks and developing somersault runs.

These athletes train a minimum of 3 times a week.

Athletes are invited to join the team based on skill level and commitment.
